 Retaining the top talent: Companies need to pay close attention to their staff retention rates in order to remain competitive in the global market. Developing programs and strategies to recruit, grow, and engage the best people are important steps to ensure that the company is not losing out to its rivals. Additionally, employees should be kept informed of their progress and performance in order to show that their efforts are being recognized and rewarded.
